This article is to help you understand the Minds eye, and how to meditate, the key to receiving a message from the spirit world - The other side!
Like many others when i first started delving into the art of deviation or sitting in a circle at the local spiritualist church i wondered how. How do you receive a message and what does it look like. Also how do you know its a message and not your imagination.
Well one day I sat in a circle i did receive a message, i knew it was a message because when i shared it, it made more than enough sense to someone. At the time i was relaxed clear minded and not thinking much about anything (actually i was nearly falling asleep). This message just appeared, not a result of my thinking and definitely not something i have been thinking about during the day it was just a message.
So now when people ask me "how do you see a message" or even someone’s thought.
I have found a way to explain.
Below is my explanation on the matter i hope it helps you if your asking the same questions.
How do you see a spiritual message?,
Well to help you get used to what your looking for close your eyes get an image lets say your mum or dad place their image in your head to the point you can see their face or any features that may stand out ect.,
Right you have this image in your mind you can see it but this image is not seen through your eyes because their closed and your mum or dad are probably not with you at this particular moment.
This is an internal image like a dream it can be as real as you want it to be.
Now do the above but when you have the stable image in your mind open your eyes, dont concentrate on anything in particular but instead place the image in front of you.and build on this image to the point where you can see the image like its really there in front of you.
When you have achieved this act you have the main basis for any diviation, dreams and physic abilities. All that is needed now is confidence and good batch of self belief.
What does a message look like,
Well a message will look like the image you placed of your mum or dad in your mind. When you first start using your subconscious the images maybe very vague and in bits but this will progress and the images will become better in quality and they will come quicker.
Dont forget its not just images you can receive words and smells can appear. In the end its all a process within the mind real or not. Everyone has talked to themselves in their head (well i hope so, i do all the time) its like an internal voice no sound is uttered but yet you can speak in your mind, some messages will come in this way.
How do i know its not my imagination
Well when you set yourself up to receive messages. They will come without thinking about them and they stand out, for instance you have to put a bit of concouse effort into placing an image in your mind like your mum or dad, the messages you receive will come in mind without effort as if from no where. The best thing to do is to wait for them and dont hang about thinking of just one part of a message this can halt the rest of the information. The best thing to do is to let them flow.
Once you have practiced this a few times you can help your mind settle into a relaxed mode by setting an environment.
For instance think of somewhere relaxing, like a field nice green grass, brilliant blue sky, its bright buth there is no sun (the sun if stared at can be blinding leave that bit out we dont want any accidents) your stood in the middle of this field. Lay down, on a blanket of your favourite colour, (we put the blanket there so no creepies crawl onto you), Now a mosquito net is placed over you. Now you should have no distractions no threats. From this point practice your image control in peace. When ever you want to go back to receiving messages bring back the thought of that relaxing place and your mind will associate it with relaxation and image control and a more passive mind set.
I hope this has helped you with any questions, and i will probably update this article in the future to make certain parts more clear, but for now goodbye.
